1. What is the MOQ ?
A: The MOQ is 6 pcs.
2. Can I mix different designs?
A: Generally MOQ is 6pcs per design and we accept whole collections as mix different designs
3. How to place order?
A: You can directly place an order on Alibaba website, or you can email us your order list of the items you want, and we will check the total cost with you . Pls pay once confirmed and we will arrange orders.
4. Can I get a lower price if I order large quantities of an item ?
A: Yes, the unit price gets lower as your order quantity increases. And for big orders and frequent customers, we'll give reasonable discounts.
5.When will you ship my order?
A: It depends on order qty and production situation. Normally 2-3 days after receiving the payment for stock, for mass production, about 10-15 days.
6.I'm a small buyer, Can I place a small order?
A: No problem! We can discuss about it.
7.How about the product warranty and after-sales service?
A: First, Our QC is always strict with all production links. Second ,in order to protect your benefit ,you'd better apply Alibaba Trade Assurance Service.
8.What about the shipment and nearest port?
A1: Shipment by Ocean ,Air or Combined transport are all welcome as your request.
A2:Normal and nearest port is Shanghai.
